Incorrect addresses & reposting charges

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A reposting fee will apply, and an invoice will be sent via email.

If the address provided is incorrect and the order is delivered to the wrong location, we are not responsible for the error, and you will need to place a new order through our website.

If you notice any incorrect information on your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping

Please note: We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be fulfilled on the next working day (excluding bank holidays).

International shipping starts from £20 (please contact us for an accurate quote). We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2 business days. Customised orders will require an additional 5 working days for processing.

Important: Shipping times do not include potential customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control. Some countries may apply additional customs or import fees upon arrival. Please check whether your country is affected by these charges before placing your order.
